Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a significant portion of the POS product, driving strategy and delivering high-impact solutions for merchants across Europe
• Define and drive product strategy for POS solutions across multiple merchant segments
• Translate customer insights, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product direction
• Conduct field research by sitting with merchants to observe real-world usage and operational realities
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions at pace
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to evaluate product performance and guide decisions
• Help establish product management best practices as the company continues to scale

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in software, fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS
• Proven background launching products from 0->1 and scaling them from 1->10
• Experience working with cross-functional product development teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for teams in a hyper-growth environment
• Data-informed mindset with a strong commercial instinct regarding adoption and revenue
• Willingness to spend time in the field with merchants to understand their needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payments or acquiring
• Background in point-of-sale systems or merchant-facing products
• Experience with omnichannel commerce or subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with Android-based payment hardware (e.g., PAX, Ingenico)
