Senior Product Manager, Fiat Payment

About the Company

Transak provides onboarding to financial applications through authentication, KYC, risk checks, and fiat on/off ramps. Their API and widget-based solutions are used by top partners like MetaMask, Coinbase, Ledger, and Trust Wallet to enable seamless onboarding of over 10 million users.

Responsibilities

• Own the global fiat payments roadmap end-to-end across ACH/bank rails, cards, and local APMs.
• Define multi-rail strategy based on conversion, cost, risk, speed, and availability.
• Set and manage KPIs including authorization rates, time-to-funds, and cost per successful payment.
• Write detailed PRDs and drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
• Improve card authorization, payment success, and decline reason normalization.
• Expand and optimize local APM coverage in the Americas, especially LATAM.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure regional readiness for KYC/KYB and AML considerations.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in product management, ideally in payments, fintech infrastructure, or money movement.
• Experience owning products across bank transfers (ACH), cards, and/or local APMs.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, payment state machines, and ledgers.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and analytics.
• Experience operating in Americas markets (US/Canada and/or LATAM) within regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Same Day ACH, RTP/FedNow, wires, or LATAM APM ecosystems.
• Familiarity with bank ops concepts like returns/NOCs timelines and payments compliance.
• Exposure to Web3 on/off-ramps, stablecoin rails, or wallet ecosystems.
• Experience building internal tooling for reconciliation and partner support.
