Senior Product Manager, Experience Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of foundational platform capabilities across the Pinnacle ecosystem
• Own shared systems including information architecture, global navigation, CMS, and feature flag governance
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build scalable infrastructure and ensure systems are extensible
• Define and track platform-level KPIs to measure adoption and ecosystem health
• Build scalable CMS and localization frameworks for global market expansion
• Operationalize accessibility standards (WCAG) across shared components
• Scale the self-service support ecosystem including Knowledge Base and Developer Portals

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning platform, infrastructure, or shared systems at scale
• Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to align technical architecture with UX
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority
• Proven track record in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization best practices
