Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience

Responsibilities

• Own the zero-to-one vision and long-term strategy for unified employee and manager experiences
• Design and deploy intelligent agentic automation workflows on the Databricks platform
• Partner with engineering, People Operations, and IT to build advanced automation tailored to the People function
• Serve as the primary product leader for talent acquisition, hiring, and performance management workflows
• Define and measure success metrics including adoption, efficiency, and automation accuracy
• Align engineering, design, and senior leadership around the automated product vision

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading technical or zero-to-one enterprise initiatives
• Deep background in human resources, talent acquisition, and performance management
• Technical understanding of agentic automation, LLM orchestration, and AI-driven workflows
• Strong data fluency and understanding of building on advanced data platforms
• Experience with user-centered design and enterprise governance practices like RBAC/ABAC
• Ability to lead through extreme ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing custom productivity applications or automation layers on data platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise HR ecosystems such as Workday or ServiceNow and their API integration surfaces
