Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end Creator Portal and Admin capabilities that support Creator and internal team workflows across multiple studio programs.
• Define clear product requirements, align scope, and drive execution from concept through launch and run-state readiness.
• Translate platform strategy into roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes, balancing near-term studio needs with long-term standardization.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver configuration-first, reusable solutions rather than bespoke features.
• Work directly with studio partners and Central Technology teams to align requirements, dependencies, and launch planning.
• Drive UX consistency by collaborating with design on scalable portal patterns and design system adoption.
• Lead cross-functional planning, including backlog prioritization, sprint goals, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate decisions, progress, tradeoffs, and milestones clearly to studios, partners, and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with platform products, creator ecosystems, user-generated content (UGC), or digital marketplaces.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking to balance standardization with flexibility.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping products that serve multiple distinct customer groups or programs where scalability is critical.
• Relevant domain exposure in gaming or consumer technology platforms.
