Senior Product Manager, Ecosystem

FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. Backed by tier-one investors like Redpoint, Menlo Ventures, and a16z, the platform is used by world-class creative powerhouses including Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

Responsibilities

• Own products that extend FLORA beyond the canvas, including the creator marketplace, developer platform, and enterprise workflow features
• Define marketplace mechanics, shape creator/developer incentives, and build governance systems
• Manage the full roadmap for marketplace, APIs, integrations, and collaboration features
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to ship features that scale from individual users to teams
• Make prioritization calls, define success metrics, and represent the collaboration vision to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years experience with marketplace, platform, or API products
• Experience bootstrapping a marketplace or creator economy and solving cold-start problems
• Familiarity with credit-based or usage-based pricing models and unit economics
• Experience with app stores, review processes, or content moderation systems
• Technical depth in API design, authentication, rate limiting, and developer experience
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate ambiguity into concrete roadmaps
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent/tool integration frameworks
• Experience with vibe coding for internal tooling or prototyping
• Background in AI-native products or creative tools
• Experience scaling marketplaces like Figma, Notion, or Zapier
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows including SSO and workspace governance
• Track record shipping developer-facing products like APIs, SDKs, or developer portals
• Experience at a company transitioning from product to platform
