Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap and success metrics for the data platform supporting radar performance, analytics, and operational insights
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization decisions
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable data capabilities
• Define policies for data security, access, retention, usage, and deletion in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with customers to define data transmission, storage, and usage requirements
• Communicate data handling practices clearly to build customer trust regarding sensitive and regulated data
• Evangelize best practices for data governance and security across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a specific focus on data platform products
• Demonstrated experience working with sensitive, regulated, or customer-controlled data
• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and privacy principles
• Experience collaborating with government customers or operating within regulated industries
• Ability to communicate complex technical and security concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful product tradeoffs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government or defense-related compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, EAR, SOC 2, FedRAMP, NIST)
• Familiarity with classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or export-controlled data
• Background in radar systems, sensors, aerospace, defense, or mission-critical technologies
• Technical background in data engineering, analytics, or distributed systems
