Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own activation, retention, and monetization strategies for Easyship’s SMB merchant base.
• Define problems and identify growth levers rather than just executing a static roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of features from initial idea to release and success measurement.
• Prioritize the product roadmap using ROI assessment methodologies to align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with global design, engineering, data analytics, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• 2+ years of experience specifically focused on growth or Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics to uncover non-obvious business insights.
• Practical experience working with AI agents and LLMs, including strong prompt engineering skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore (MG Road) following UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST).
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, user experience principles, and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit, such as having launched your own ventures or side projects.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce shipping, warehousing, or fulfillment.
