Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products, balancing user needs and business profitability.
• Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to increase ACV and LTV.
• Partner with users and leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for new product development in the shipping insurance space.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to ensure scalable product delivery.
• Establish and monitor success metrics including monetization, user engagement, retention rates, and product adoption.
• Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex B2B and B2C features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2C products.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including experience with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Proven ability to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization with measurable impact on business metrics.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and user experience principles.
• Experience with pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and unit economics.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore (MG Road) following UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Insurtech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
