Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and management of AI-native products within the enterprise portfolio.
• Drive product vision and maintain a roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and optimize product positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, GTM, Sales, and Solution Architecture to define requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and specification through to launch and retirement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise AI capabilities and the voice of the customer.
• Define and track key product metrics to inform data-driven decisions regarding performance and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or project management.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, copilots, and agent frameworks.
• Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Ability to translate complex business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
