Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap for your area using customer insight, data, and market trends
• Define and drive product strategy that aligns with Diligent’s vision for modern governance
• Act as the voice of the customer by running discovery and validating problems and solutions
• Lead an agile, cross-functional team including engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success
• Set goals, KPIs, and success metrics for your product and iterate based on performance data
• Tackle complex execution challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems and making data-informed decisions

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager building and shipping SaaS products
• Hands-on experience in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Experience with backlog management and writing user stories
• Ability to lead customer discovery and validation conversations
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with confidence in metrics and experimentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, security, fintech, or B2B enterprise domains
• Exposure to large-scale, multi-product platforms or secure collaboration tools
• Experience mentoring other product managers
