Senior Product Manager, Deployment Agents

Responsibilities

• Lead product definition and building for a suite of AI-powered agents designed to scale enterprise deployments autonomously
• Personally contribute to the codebase by writing skills, building agent workflows, and deploying iterations
• Define the architecture and sequencing of the agent suite, including agent hand-offs and human-in-the-loop requirements
• Partner with deployment operations and engineering to translate workflow friction into agent capabilities
• Establish evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to ensure continuous agent improvement

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product management experience
• 2+ years of experience working specifically on AI or platform products
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and the ability to contribute directly to the codebase
• Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 initiatives from ambiguity to completion
• Strong intuition for current AI capabilities and a passion for building technical products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated industries or fintech
• A portfolio of side projects or personal tools that demonstrate a high level of technical building
