Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing investments between acquisition and conversion to maximize GMV impact.
• Lead the Acquisition Pod to improve discovery through SEO, AI/search experiences, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the Conversion Pod to drive CRO initiatives across web and mobile, from landing pages to checkout.
• Translate growth strategy into tactical, data-informed product initiatives that improve acquisition efficiency and booking conversion.
• Define and execute experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Partner with SEO, performance marketing, and engineering to build scalable landing page infrastructure and geo-targeted funnels.
• Use quantitative analysis and user research to uncover insights and turn them into roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role, owning both acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and discovery mechanics.
• High data literacy with the ability to run independent analysis and interpret complex results.
• Proven experience managing full-funnel metrics, from traffic and activation to conversion and GMV.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with maps-based or location-centric UX, particularly in travel, local services, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
