Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Integrations roadmap, determining which new integrations to build and which existing ones to improve across a catalog of 100+ technologies.
• Drive product strategy for self-hosted AI workloads, including LLM inference frameworks, AI agents, and model orchestration tools.
• Expand on-prem and hybrid coverage by prioritizing integrations for storage systems, HPC schedulers, and legacy enterprise platforms.
• Define and drive the strategy for monitoring enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Analyze adoption and customer feedback at scale to maintain a structured, prioritized backlog.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PMM, Sales, and Technology Partner Managers on product launches and GTM content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a technical foundation in Software, Solutions, or Systems Engineering.
• Deep familiarity with cloud and open-source (OSS) ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with engineers, executives, and customers.
• Ability to manage a large, complex portfolio of integrations in parallel.
