About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise SKU, including packaging, pricing, attach strategy, and metering to drive expansion within large accounts.
- Define the "Enterprise Ready" rubric, establishing standards for SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit controls, and data residency.
- Manage the Enterprise SKU P&L, tracking key metrics such as expansion ARR, attach rate, and time-to-value.
- Lead the product strategy for notifications and outbound communications, serving as the unified delivery layer for the platform.
- Design programmatic growth motions, including expansion signals and lifecycle nudges, to turn usage data into revenue.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing to align pricing mechanics and field enablement.
- Utilize AI-assisted workflows and tools to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in enterprise commercial strategy, specifically regarding packaging, pricing, or monetization.
- Experience managing monetization roadmaps in usage-based or tier-based pricing models.
- Strong metrics-driven decision-making skills with the ability to define and instrument leading indicators.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) for research and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
- Experience operationalizing customer lifecycle and programmatic expansion motions in a B2B context.
