Senior Product Manager, Databricks AI

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for how Databricks helps customers harness generative AI, agents, and new workloads
• Partner with engineering and research teams to transform AI advancements into practical tools
• Engage with data and AI leaders to uncover and design for new use cases
• Inspire the product roadmap and guide engineering from concept to launch
• Define long-term strategy and principles for Databricks AI

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or developer platforms
• Strong technical background in computer science, AI/ML, or related engineering fields
• Proven ability to partner with senior engineers and research leaders
• Track record of bringing products from vision to launch
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product usage data
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to building AI/ML or generative AI–powered products
