Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end path to production experience for data and AI teams, from authoring to Git integration to CI and CD
• Define how Repos integrates with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps to support branching, pull requests, and deployment workflows
• Partner with engineers to build AI-assisted code management features such as automated code suggestions and merge help
• Represent the voice of the customer and translate user feedback into workflow improvements
• Improve developer productivity by aligning Repos with Databricks Workflows and Lakeflow
• Grow adoption and end-user engagement by working with solutions architects, sales, and customer success teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform products
• Experience building developer-facing products (tools, frameworks, SDKs) with large user bases
• Experience being a hands-on builder comfortable using developer-facing products
• Passion for designing products that simplify technically complex user experiences
