Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Databricks Free Edition
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and education teams to deliver intuitive learning journeys
• Work with academic and learning program partners to support data and AI education
• Coordinate with other product teams to ensure new features are introduced with proper user experience and guardrails
• Engage directly with learners to identify friction points and translate insights into product improvements
• Define and track success metrics for learning engagement and user outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in data, AI, or developer-focused platforms preferred
• Strong customer empathy and passion for onboarding experiences
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering on platform capabilities
