Senior Product Manager, Data Intelligence & Knowledge Graph

Responsibilities

• Define the canonical model for entities and establish retrieval strategies including keyword, dense vector, hybrid, or graph traversal
• Own the end-to-end RAG pipeline including chunking, embeddings, and indexing
• Write technical specs for retrieval layers and define evaluation metrics like Recall@k and MRR
• Drive the vision for Revenue Intelligence and product logic for Deal Health and Winning Behavior models
• Act as the internal PM champion for the data platform, providing semantic primitives and data contracts
• Conduct customer discovery and translate business questions into scoped ML problems

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• 2+ years owning data platforms, search, analytics, or ML products
• Hands-on experience shipping RAG pipelines or search systems
• Understanding of BM25, vector search, and reranking trade-offs
• Fluency with Datalake architectures such as Delta Lake or BigQuery
• Strong entity-relationship modeling skills
• Ability to define ML features, label designs, and evaluation metrics
• Ability to translate technical infrastructure into business value for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, or Sales Enablement
• Knowledge of graph databases like Neo4j or Neptune
• Prior background as a Data Engineer or Scientist
