About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic fintech data product and act as its primary leader and champion
- Serve as the SME for data modeling, defining data schematics, and building ETL pipelines
- Act as product owner for reporting, visualizations, insights, and future ML/AI integrations
- Drive the initiative to refactor current data schema into a world-class star schema
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for successful delivery
- Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, requirements, and roadmaps
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify improvements
- Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- 3-7 years of product management experience at a SaaS startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in data engineering
- Experience defining data models and schematics
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Ability to thrive in a high-urgency, high-performance environment
