Senior Product Manager, Data & Agentic Products

Responsibilities

• Shape the Data & Agentic Strategy by defining the roadmap to transition from automated workflows to true agentic autonomy.
• Architect how multi-modal data (receipts, bank feeds, ERP data) is indexed and vectorized to maximize agent reasoning and context-awareness.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agent development, including intent recognition, planning frameworks, and multi-agent coordination.
• Oversee the development of robust evaluation frameworks, memory persistence, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) guardrails to ensure financial accuracy.
• Partner with Machine Learning Engineers, GenAI Platform teams, and Product Designers to build a scalable and compliant agentic ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML, LLM orchestration, or autonomous systems.
• Deep familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
• Technical fluency in navigating architectural discussions involving Python/Kotlin environments and LLM gateways.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS, specifically within expense management, accounting workflows, or fraud detection.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where product playbooks are being built from scratch.
