Senior Product Manager, Core Staffing

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the core staffing marketplace that connects enterprise customers with labor demand
• Build products to improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment rates, matching quality, and operational efficiency
• Design systems that balance worker experience, customer needs, and business outcomes
• Partner with enterprise customers and regional operations leaders to translate complex workflows into scalable product systems
• Develop and iterate on operational tooling to power internal teams and improve marketplace execution
• Use data and experimentation to identify opportunities and prioritize product investments

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of product management experience
• Deep experience building products within two-sided marketplaces (liquidity, matching, incentives)
• Experience building products for complex Enterprise B2B customers
• Experience with operations tooling or building internal systems to run real-world businesses
• Strong systems thinking and technical fluency to partner deeply with engineering
• Proven track record of shipping products at meaningful scale in high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, staffing, supply chain, or workforce technology
• Proficiency in SQL or coding experience
• Experience with experimentation frameworks or AI product development
