Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end consumer roadmap and transition the product from B2B2C to a scalable D2C subscription model
  • Architect a product framework that allows users to transition from wellness mode to regulated clinical mode
  • Build empathetic, accessible, and "sticky" interfaces tailored to older adults and family caregivers
  • Run continuous A/B testing and rapid experimentation loops to optimize onboarding and retention
  • Design a modular product architecture to support white-label solutions and embedded SDKs/APIs
  • Integrate AI features to translate complex brain health data into personalized, actionable insights

Requirements

  • 7+ years of dedicated Product Management experience
  • 10+ years of total professional experience
  • Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 consumer-facing mobile and web applications
  • Experience in high-growth consumer health/wellness environments
  • Fluency in both unregulated wellness spaces and regulated clinical environments (HIPAA, FDA)
  • Expertise in consumer metrics including LTV, CAC, and retention cohorts
  • Ability to translate complex neuroscience and AI algorithms into clear UI copy
