Senior Product Manager, Consumer

Counsel’s mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity. We are building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group from the ground up, redesigning the clinical stack with custom AI tools to make physicians faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Engineer the "Aha!" moment by optimizing time-to-value for new users
• Define product presence through notification strategies and mobile app adoption
• Own the acquisition funnel, including landing pages and onboarding flows
• Manage the core chat experience, working with AI teams to improve conversation quality
• Partner with D2C Growth marketing in a high-velocity pod

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building consumer products
• Proven track record of 0→1→10 product growth
• Experience leading discovery and experimentation
• Strong customer intuition and data-informed decision making
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and clinicians
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with growth at an early-stage startup
• Direct experience with LLM-powered products
• Experience in regulated industries like Fintech, Edtech, or healthcare
