About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year following a $15M Series A.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of your product area, including product direction, quality, and revenue outcomes
• Define the roadmap and vision for the sprint, quarter, and year
• Develop the go-to-market narrative and enable the sales team
• Ensure end-to-end product clarity through documentation and onboarding tracking
• Engage directly with customers and assist with bug reproduction or customer calls as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience at a high-growth tech company or founding experience
• Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
