Senior Product Manager

About the Company

Condor is building the financial intelligence layer for clinical development. We connect clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer, helping biopharma companies manage complex R&D environments through AI-driven infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and own major product areas end-to-end
• Engage deeply with customers and SMEs to validate solutions for financial and clinical workflows
• Lead feature delivery from concept through UAT and release
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and manage the product backlog
• Shape and deliver AI-driven product functionality, including workflow automation and predictive insights
• Analyze product usage data and define success metrics to refine the roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Triage bugs, customer issues, and operational gaps

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally finance, FP&A, clinical trial operations, or workflow automation)
• Proven ability to own a product area independently
• Experience with AI-enabled product experiences (LLMs, automation, or data intelligence)
• High proficiency working with structured data and financial logic
• Strong ability to partner with engineering teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial finance, forecasting, FP&A, or regulated life sciences technology
• Experience in a Series A-C startup environment
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in clinical development
• Experience guiding implementation of AI-assisted workflows or data transformation logic
