About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Vogue's digital experiences across web, app, and emerging platforms.
- Drive audience growth and engagement by optimizing web recirculation, session depth, and content discovery.
- Lead the development of the Vogue app as a distinct destination for highly engaged readers through structured experimentation.
- Spearhead AI-powered personalization initiatives, including smart content discovery, style recommendations, and personalized editorial surfaces.
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation program, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to drive hypothesis-driven development.
- Partner closely with the editorial team to build products that amplify their creative vision while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Oversee commerce-driven product experiences that integrate shopping and discovery seamlessly into the user journey.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in digital media, publishing, or consumer-facing products.
- Proven experience with consumer app growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Deep fluency in experimentation and A/B testing, including the ability to design valid tests and interpret complex results.
- Strong product analytics skills, with proficiency in data tracking, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
- AI-native orientation with experience building or shipping AI-powered features.
- Ability to prototype quickly using tools like Figma, no-code platforms, or AI tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or high-end culture brands.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based partnerships with editorial and creative stakeholders.
- Experience managing products at a massive scale reaching millions of users.
