Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS applications protection, cyber recovery, and resilience offerings.
• Own the portfolio strategy for protection and recovery of key SaaS platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DevOps platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Jira), and collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Drive innovation in cyber resilience capabilities, including ransomware resilience, disaster recovery, and compliance/governance.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define scalable, cloud-native SaaS protection services and recovery workflows.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and modern user experiences for enterprise and SaaS-delivered solutions.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics in SaaS data protection and AI-driven operations.
• Build compelling business cases and investment strategies to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and analysts to validate product direction and market positioning.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud resilience solutions.
• Proven experience managing products related to SaaS application ecosystems and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery concepts.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or DevOps ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and multi-cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperscaler ecosystems including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Background in AI/ML-driven operations, observability, or security analytics.
• Prior experience launching SaaS-delivered products and subscription services.
• Experience with cyber resilience concepts like immutable storage, air-gapped recovery, and clean-room recovery.
