Senior Product Manager, Community

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery experience across search, browse, and live feed surfaces to help viewers find creators worth returning to
• Define viewer needs for recommendations and identify gaps in what users should see
• Build and maintain the discovery roadmap in partnership with applied science, ML, design, and engineering
• Translate customer needs into ranking, relevance, and recommendation improvements through experimentation and measurement
• Serve as the voice of the viewer across teams and help align priorities amid ambiguity

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with discovery, search, recommendations, or other ML-powered consumer products
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, insights, and experiments to guide decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise customer problem framing
• Track record of shipping products and measuring impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with applied science or ML teams on ranking, relevance, or personalization
• Familiarity with streaming products or Twitch’s ecosystem
• Ability to write basic SQL and use experimentation or analytics tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field
