Senior Product Manager, Community & Social

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for community features including leaderboards, streaks, friend graphs, and local connections
• Develop acquisition loops that leverage social features as a primary growth channel
• Design habit-forming mechanics, notifications, and re-engagement rituals to drive daily product usage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, ML, data, marketing, and CX to ship features on a weekly cadence
• Set and track key metrics including sessions, return rates, viral coefficients, and social actions per user

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience shipping social or gamification features at scale within a consumer product
• Deep mobile product expertise across both iOS and Android, including knowledge of deep linking and App Store policies
• Strong behavioral design intuition regarding habits, hooks, and reciprocity
• Experience using modern AI tooling (such as Claude) to spec features, analyze data, and accelerate the product cycle
• Proven ability to treat social features as growth engines rather than just retention surfaces
