Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a service-centric product strategy and roadmap focused on enhancing app experiences.
• Lead the design and optimization of critical service journeys, including appointment scheduling, technician tracking, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Act as a product owner within agile scrum teams, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize feature enhancements using customer feedback, data insights, and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and program management to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define, track, and analyze key service metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience managing service-related features and user-centric service interactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize experiences.
• Knowledge of app-based troubleshooting and support workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a blend of design and/or engineering roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable experience requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
