Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather customer and market insights through interviews and usability testing
• Bridge the gap between R&D/engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Champion product success by making informed decisions based on research and data
• Manage product priorities and ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Fluent Japanese (written and spoken)
• Business level English
• Ability to connect complex technical concepts to business strategy
• Experience working directly with R&D or engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, document processing, or workflow automation
• Knowledge of Japanese business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain)
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or related logistics documentation
