Responsibilities
- Own product experiences for consumers, agents, and internal teams
- Advocate for the end user in prioritization, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions
- Map full user journeys to identify friction and trust erosion
- Partner with designers and engineers to define requirements and ship reliable experiences
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear specs, MVPs, and measurable outcomes
- Reduce friction for internal users by designing better tooling and workflows
- Define success metrics reflecting real user experience quality
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing products
- Deep consumer empathy and ability to articulate user needs
- Experience owning the full product loop: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration
- Ability to connect user journeys with underlying technical systems
- Experience improving internal workflows through tooling and design
- AI-native working style using AI tools for productivity
- Strong written communication skills for specs and decision memos
- Strong business judgment regarding retention and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, fintech, marketplace, or partner-driven businesses
- SQL familiarity
- TCPA/CAN-SPAM compliance experience
