Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders
- Create requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Plan and prioritize product backlog and development
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with strategy
- Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations
- Mitigate impediments impacting sprint or release goals
- Research and analyze market trends, users, and competitors
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of relevant Product Management experience in Web or Mobile products
- Experience with SaaS-based products
- Proven experience using the Scrum method
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
