Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, from initial requirements through launch and continuous iteration
• Build scalable abstractions and systems that allow the product to scale from a few customers to thousands
• Deeply understand market needs and translate customer complexity into modular, reusable solutions
• Partner daily with engineering and deployment strategists to turn bespoke customer builds into durable product features
• Define and maintain standards to keep engineering, deployment, and leadership aligned
• Make sharp prioritization calls to ensure the team remains focused on high-leverage problems

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in product management or a closely related customer-facing technical role
• A proven track record of shipping products and driving measurable outcomes
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers on system tradeoffs
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer signals into clear, prioritized specifications
• High degree of ownership and a bias for action in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable AI-driven systems or complex enterprise software
• Ability to think in systems and abstractions rather than one-off solutions
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments
