Senior Product Manager

About the Company

Casap is building the AI agents that will run the modern bank. We are a Series A company backed by Emergence, Lightspeed, and Primary Ventures, founded by product leaders from Robinhood and Chime. Our mission is to replace manual, rules-based back office workflows with intelligent agents that detect fraud, assess risk, and resolve disputes autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clear product roadmap with well-defined, measurable objectives
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, revenue, and design to prioritize features
• Own roadmap execution and drive results while maintaining high detail
• Develop deep user understanding through qualitative research and quantitative analysis
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
• Act as a product advocate across the organization to align teams around vision and tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or consumer/enterprise-facing products
• Results-driven mindset with ability to track outcomes and iterate
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fraud systems
• Experience with payment infrastructure
• Knowledge of chargeback processes
