Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Card Account Participant Services (CAPS) team to transform legacy credit card ecosystems into dynamic, multi-user platforms.
• Reimagining product solutions by obsessing over internal and external customer needs through a human-centered approach.
• Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on business leverage and execution excellence.
• Leverage technology to deliver innovative, resilient, and scalable solutions that provide both near-term and long-term value.
• Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while effectively mitigating product risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, and technology-driven solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA in a quantitative field.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
