Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve a human-centered product vision and roadmap based on user research and market insights
• Lead the full lifecycle of Epics, including creation, onboarding, triage, prioritization, and deployment
• Manage demand flow by engaging with stakeholders, customers, and leadership to ensure alignment and progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and deliver Features within each Epic
• Balance delivery decisions between driving customer value and managing technical debt
• Contribute to Quarterly Planning and Business Review events
• Maintain transparency on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes through dashboards and roadmaps
• Support and mentor Product Owners to improve agile maturity and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management within agile delivery environments
• Practical hands-on experience with AI solutions, specifically implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
