Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end App user experience, driving improvements in product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency
• Establish App-wide product experience standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Lead user-facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI-powered trading), exploring new approaches to improve trading retention
• Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth

Requirements

• 5+ years of user-facing product experience
• Trading platform or fintech background preferred
• Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution
• Platform-level product thinking and ability to build scalable frameworks
• Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization
• Data-informed decision making
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
