Senior Product Manager, Business Technology

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and feature backlog for the order management and manufacturing systems
• Translate business goals and operational milestones into a sequenced delivery plan
• Act as the functional owner for systems driving order allocation, logistics routing, and production flow
• Partner with business leaders to define and achieve measurable outcomes like reduced manual effort and improved order accuracy
• Create rough wireframes and UX flows for internal tool interfaces
• Review engineering Technical Design Documents to ensure data models and API contracts represent business processes

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps against business milestones
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications for transactional systems (orders, inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing)
• Domain expertise in manufacturing, fulfillment, ERP systems, or e-commerce operations
• Experience evaluating off-the-shelf platforms like NetSuite, Dynamics, or Sage for build-vs-buy decisions
• Experience defining data integration requirements across systems like Shopify, Salesforce, and 3PL
• Ability to create rough wireframes and UX flows using tools like Figma or Balsamiq
• Strong communication skills to lead strategy discussions with engineering and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic SQL fluency for querying production databases and validating data integrity
