Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Messaging Experience product area
• Work closely with Engineers and Product Designers to bring new products and features to life
• Immerse yourself in understanding customers, market trends, competition, and the technology landscape
• Act as the subject-matter expert for the product area, understanding current usage and improvement opportunities
• Balance prioritization of new features with maintaining product health and customer trust
• Establish and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Lead the launch of features and functionality released by the MX team

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills
• Proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience at a high-scale technology startup
• Experience with workflow orchestration or automation software
