Responsibilities
- Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing investments between acquisition and conversion to maximize GMV impact.
- Lead the Acquisition Pod, improving discovery through SEO, AI/search experiences, paid traffic landing pages, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the Conversion Pod, driving CRO initiatives across web and mobile using experimentation and behavioral insights.
- Translate growth strategy into tactical, data-informed product initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency and booking conversion.
- Partner with SEO, performance marketing, and demand partnerships to build scalable landing page infrastructure and geo-targeted funnels.
- Define and execute experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast and validate hypotheses.
- Use quantitative analysis and user research to uncover insights and drive roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role owning acquisition and conversion outcomes.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and discovery mechanics.
- Ability to own full-funnel metrics including traffic, activation, conversion, and GMV.
- High data literacy with the ability to run own analysis and interpret results.
- Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven approach to autonomous work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with maps-based or location-centric UX in travel, local services, or marketplace environments.
