Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing investments between acquisition and conversion to maximize GMV impact
• Lead the Acquisition Pod to improve discovery through SEO, AI/search experiences, and paid traffic landing pages
• Lead the Conversion Pod to drive CRO initiatives across web and mobile using experimentation and behavioral insights
• Translate growth strategy into tactical, data-informed product initiatives
• Partner with SEO, performance marketing, and demand partnerships to build scalable landing page infrastructure
• Define and execute experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and multivariate experiments
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast and validate hypotheses
• Use quantitative analysis and user research to uncover insights and drive roadmap decisions
• Explore and improve geospatial and location-aware experiences

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role
• Strong hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and discovery mechanics
• Ability to own full-funnel metrics including traffic, activation, conversion, and GMV
• High data literacy with the ability to run own analysis and interpret results
• Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven approach to product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with maps-based or location-centric UX in travel, local services, or marketplace environments
