Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in product development alongside the executive team, engineers, and designers
• Conduct customer interviews and industry research to define project requirements
• Own the product roadmap, strategy, design, launch, and metrics
• Become an expert in the product area, monitoring the competitive landscape and market needs
• Initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market plans, positioning, and messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an entrepreneurial product leader, preferably in SaaS
• Technical background in software development to assist with infrastructure and technical decisions
• Analytical mindset with a quantitative approach to product building
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a technical field
• Experience with machine learning, marketing automation, e-commerce, or data integrations
