About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the GMTC reconciliation product and reporting tool, from initial discovery through execution.
- Write clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to translate business needs into development tasks.
- Define core functionality, use cases, and UI workflows for both technology-driven and business-driven reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including near-term execution and long-term strategic vision.
- Manage a small product team, providing coaching, feedback, prioritization, and performance reviews.
- Handle team staffing and financial planning, including hiring, interviewing, and budget forecasting.
- Partner with development teams, business users, and operations to align stakeholders around priorities and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a small team with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building products from an early stage (build-from-scratch).
- Strong hands-on product management skills, specifically in product documentation and workflow definition.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure where none exists.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technology, business, and operations stakeholders.
