Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of automation and AI projects end-to-end from design to delivery
• Conduct discovery with business teams (Finance, Ops, Content, Artist Support) to identify automation opportunities
• Build and prioritize a project backlog in collaboration with executives
• Translate vague business problems into technical solutions and business rules
• Build solutions using low-code tools like n8n or lead builders to deliver them
• Measure and present the impact of delivered work, such as time saved or costs avoided

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in strategy/transformation consulting or senior product management
• Strong process mindset and ability to debug workflows
• Understanding of automation and AI-agent concepts
• Proficiency with low-code tools, ideally n8n
• Ability to drive initiatives through influence and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a senior PM background with a strong focus on process optimization
• Ability to quickly turn messy problems into clear, prioritized plans
