Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for AMR and industrial robot operations in factories and logistics sites
• Define service direction and lead the product roadmap for robot services
• Identify customer pain points based on understanding of operational environments like movement paths and obstacles
• Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to set OKRs/KPIs and define sprint priorities
• Coordinate technical integration and service linkage with domestic and international partners
• Determine product priorities to maximize impact within limited resources in a startup environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Manager experience
• Experience planning and launching industrial robot or AMR related products/services
• Practical understanding of industrial environments such as factories and logistics centers
• Ability to translate customer needs and research into product specifications
• Technical communication skills to collaborate with development teams (understanding of APIs and system architecture)
• Experience setting priorities and meeting deadlines in complex stakeholder environments
• Experience in establishing product goals and designing performance metrics
• Business communication proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining complex problems and solutions using AI technology
• Experience planning robot operating software such as Fleet Management or Mission Planning
• Experience leading technical consultation and integration projects with partners or SI companies
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience launching products from Zero-to-One in a startup or early-stage environment
