Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for financial products and services within the wholesale division
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing service level oversight
• Identify investment opportunities and customer needs to create new products or enhance existing ones
• Analyze market data to inform decisions regarding product positioning and pricing
• Assess and manage risks associated with lending products and implement mitigation strategies through governance forums
• Oversee regulatory and technological changes to ensure compliance and commercial relevance
• Collaborate with investment bankers, credit analysts, risk managers, and operations professionals to align products with strategic objectives

Requirements

• Data-driven strategic thinker skilled at interpreting complex information to drive measurable outcomes
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and strengthening controls
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory, legal, and governance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically with debt products
