Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategy to support the IP evolution of Bandwidth as it interacts with global carriers
• Identify target companies and lead commercial negotiations to establish IP interconnection agreements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to establish connectivity and turn up carriers
• Lead market validation and customer discovery efforts for new incubated initiatives and industry verticals
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear product positioning and benefit communication
• Make data-driven decisions on product evolution based on customer interaction metrics and market feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience in telecommunications and SaaS business delivery models
• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, specifically with telecommunications carriers or Local Exchange Carriers
• Strong knowledge of telecom services and protocols such as SIP, RTP, G.7xx, SMPP, or WebRTC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with industry thought leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• Regulatory background related to telecommunications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where direction may pivot based on market feedback
