Senior Product Manager (B2B Remittance)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the full product roadmap for B2B cross-border payments, identifying new corridors and monetization opportunities.
• Design and optimize payment flows across SWIFT and local rails (UAEFTS, RTGS, UPI, Raast, InstaPay).
• Manage FX spread logic, rate refresh cycles, and smart routing decisions to improve speed and cost efficiency.
• Simplify complex multi-party payment flows into intuitive merchant experiences, including onboarding and KYB/KYC journeys.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to embed AML/CFT requirements and CBUAE regulations into the product.
• Define and track key product KPIs such as transaction success rates, processing TAT, and corridor volume.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, specifically within payments, fintech, or banking.
• Hands-on experience shipping cross-border payments, remittance, or FX products.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails including SWIFT and local clearing systems (UAEFTS, UPI, Raast, FPS, SEPA).
• Fluency in FX economics, including spread management and settlement risk.
• Experience building or integrating with REST APIs, webhooks, and reconciliation feeds.
• Proven ability to operate within licensed and regulated financial environments.
